As far as I know, these flags, which fly every day over McKeldin Square at the edge of Baltimore's Inner Harbor, signify nothing in particular. Still, they're nice-looking. Especially if you lay on your back and shoot upwards with a wide-angle lens on a sunny summer day with puffy white clouds.
